Gender Affirming, Justice-Centered Psychotherapy
Meet your Clinician
I began my career in community mental health in 2018, providing outpatient counseling with a focus on LGBTQIA + and unhoused youth, as well as in-home support for psychiatric residential care facilities and assisted living sites. Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, IL I moved to Washington State and continued building my clinical experience in diverse community and group practice settings. During my placements i focused clinical training opportunities on writing letters of support for gender affirmation, narrative trauma processing, supporting gender and sexually diverse communities, and supporting individuals in stages of life transition.
In the winter of 2022 I completed my licensure and decided to form Autumn Webb Psychotherapy and enter private practice with a focus on providing counseling services via telehealth for Washington State residents, prioritizing services and support for transgender, non-binary, and intersex folx.
I recall how essential therapy was for me in a stage of life when self-exploration felt scary and unfamiliar; feeling affirmed and understood by my counselor was foundational to my positive counseling experience. I strive to create a counseling environment that promotes safety and honesty while remaining accessible, reflecting my belief in the value of counseling for all. To that end, please see the services page for any concerns about the logistics of working with me. If you are unsure or have questions, don't hesitate to reach out, I want to work with you!
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I spend most of my time having interesting conversations with wonderful people….maybe you! When we aren’t talking I can be found playing games on my switch, exploring Seattle and the surrounding nature, or playing card games and TTRPGs with friends.
Feel free to ask me any questions you may have about me or my background by email or when we meet each other in session!
