Life in 2026 presents unique obstacles. You may be feeling isolated from community, burned out by capitalism, or fearful of resurgent Fascism. Maybe this has led to challenges in managing your mood, or sparked reflection about what you truly value.

You’re not alone. It’s not uncommon for people to feel disconnected from their bodies or overwhelmed by life. There’s no shame in any of these feelings. And you don’t have to navigate these feelings alone.

It can be so helpful to have someone to talk to. In talk therapy, I build a relationship with you in which your goals are my focus. Utilizing a narrative perspective I seek to understand your story that brought you here today. Via collaborative exploration, we will recontextualize and bring new meaning to events in your past while empowering you to effectively manage the present.
