We all go through times when we’re not feeling like ourselves. We might feel like we’re losing a period of our life. Like life has changed or we’ve lost something. Maybe we feel like we’re done, we’ve had it, we don’t want any more. Or maybe we feel overwhelmed and not able to function.
You’re not alone. It’s not uncommon for people to feel disconnected from their bodies or overwhelmed by life. There’s no shame in any of these feelings. And you don’t have to navigate these feelings alone.
It can be so helpful to have someone to talk to. In talk therapy, I build a relationship with you in which your goals are my focus. Utilizing a narrative perspective I seek to understand your story that brought you here today. Via collaborative exploration, we will recontextualize and bring new meaning to events in your past while empowering you to effectively manage the present.
